Ungual Glomus Tumor.

Color Doppler ultrasound (longitudinal view) shows a hypoechoic nodule in the proximal part of the nail bed that generates scalloping of the bony margin of the distal phalanx and presents hypervascularity. Notice the upward displacement of the nail plate on top of the tumor.

Pilonidal Cyst

Greyscale ultrasound (longitudinal view) presents a hypoechoic dermal and hypodermal sac-like structure that contains multiple hyperechoic bilaminar structures suggestive of fragments of hair tracts and does not present defined walls. There is dilation of the regional hair follicles and increased echogenicity of the underlying hypodermis.
